"Lindbergh! Lindbergh!"
Title:  "Lindbergh! Lindbergh!"
Description:  Every time I see Charles Lindbergh's name I think of the scene in "The Spirit of St. Louis" where the crowd outside the hangar his plane is parked in at Le Bourget, Paris, is chanting his name in applause for his record-setting flight. Now the man who wowed the world in 1927 gives his name to the first terminal of Minneapolis/St. Paul International as well as that of the associated LRT station beneath.

"Do LRT Right!"
Title:  "Do LRT Right!"
Description:  The pro-trail advocates have littered the Kenilworth Corridor with signs calling for no co-location of both Twin Cities & Western freight and Southwest Corridor light rail trains along the Kenilworth Corridor in Minneapolis. Their rationale is that no co-location would save the Kenilworth Trail, which stretches from Cedar Lake to a junction with the Midtown Greenway near Lake Calhoun. A trail which runs on former Minneapolis & St. Louis freight yard land. This sign can be found north of the 21st Street crossing along the corridor.

Dueling visions
Title:  Dueling visions
Description:  At the corner of Park Place and Burnham Road are these two signs relaed to the Southwest LRT line. The blue sign advocates routing it through the Kenilworth Corridor via a deep tunnel. The green sign argues for no co-location of freight and light rail along the Kenilworth Corridor so the Kenilworth Trail remains intact.
