| Built in July of 1967 originally as NYC GP40 #3964, it bounced through the Penn Central and Conrail rosters during the Northeast rail collapse. The loco was rebuilt by Morrison-Knudsen using CR 3064 and BN 6643 parts. No location, exact day or photographer was given for the photo. |
