Camden. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by John Dziobko, Jr., that was taken in Camden, New Jersey, on 7 November 1953. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #7797, an H-10S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built by the American Locomotive Company during October of 1913 and retired in August of 1955 after 42 years of faithful service. The road numbers of the other locomotives pictured here are not recorded. ("Stoneborobranch"; #13 of 69) |
