According to dieselshop.com this is a GP16 ex-CSX,exx-SBD, exxx-SCL nee-SAL. Odd to see a foreign unit on Bay Line. Sometimes you'd see a CSX unit.

It's not "foreign" per say. RLIX is the switching/contract arm of GWI, and has been for about 10 years now. This unit had been assigned to the Stone-Smurfit paper mill in PC for at least the past 3 years. Perhaps it's just in for routine maintenance, unless BAYL is taking over switching of the plant themselves??

It was probably there for routine maintenance, Bob. She made her final trip to the shop in summer 2010, and was scrapped after RailAmerica took over contract switching at the mill.
