Tim Fennell General MN&S #21 has been out of service for a few years with a minor mechanical issue though I can't remember the specifics. It does have indoor storage space paid off and is housed safely out of the elements. Having capped stacks at IRM is not necessarily an indication of serviceability. Some locomotives may only run a few times a year and even the regular weekend power will have their stacks capped during the weekdays. Just keeping the weather and animals out. 2/10/2019 8:34:04 PM
