Here is page two of a ten-page cover article by John R. Crosby entitled "Second Engine 28: Three Fingers Down On The Rump Meant 3 Minutes Late." It was published originally in the March 1975 issue of "Trains" magazine, page 43. Shown here is a portion of Howard Fogg's painting called "Broadway Limited." Depicted here is a portion of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5471, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during March of 1927 and retired in August of 1956.
