| RPPY has reached Shaws, the block limit station near Shaw Rd, about a mile or so south of Terrace Dr. Now clear of the East Binghamton yard, it still had a long slow ride before it could start to run, as there was a 10 MPH speed restriction almost all the way to the state line. It made for an easy chase, but not so good for the crews. |
