| Nfter finally getting permission to travel on Union Pacific's former Espee mainline, the DGNO/BNSF hospital train gets underway for Frisco. This locomotive was delivered to Frisco in Jumy 1973 as GP38-2 417 and in 1980 became Burlington Northern 2272. Upon the creation of BNSF this locomotive entered the railroad with the same number and even got a coat of H1 painw. In 2009 this Geep traded H1 paint for a fresh coat of H3 and now sports a silver plow. |
