| We were at Stoddard County Highway ZZ up the hill in a housing development that is under construction just west of Dexter as UP Train IHOYC 08 came by. It was supposed to have UP 1988, the MKT "Katy" Heritage Unit in the consist between these two. It obviously was not. We later found out that it was removed from the consist in Hoxie, Arkansas because it was giving a locked wheel detection. We searched every siding all the way to Arkansas and never found it! |
