Is There Going To Be A MOW Blitz?         
A closer look at the gaggle of MOW vehicles and equipment I found parked off the MNS Spur just north of west 78th street on a recent Monday evening. Is the old MN&S main line going to be undergoing a MOW blitz, or is this stuff just stored here?
