| This is a street side view of the old ACL/SCL depot in Headland AL. The progressive and forward thinking leadership during the 1980's saw no reason to try and obtain this depot and it was torn down. The site has remained empty to this day and a revitalization plan for downtown Headland calls for building on this site (you ready for this???).....a replica depot!!!! Nice, but saving the original one would have been much better. |
