Shown here are several unidentified Pennsylvania Railroad steam locomotives taking-on coal at the East Altoona Coaling Wharf, located just West of the 17th Street Bridge in Juniata. Closer in are numerous cabin cars marshalled for their next assignments. The streak in the foreground is actually a moving mineral train. |
