Smallest fully coded CTC panel? On desk in St Croix Tower. One mainline switch and governing signals left & right. Note the upper sw lever is reverse,(from WB track). Lower signal is centered. (all red stop both directions). For the Swing bridge (now lift) operator to open bridge ,signals obviously are to be in this position. The black lever lower right is a special unlock and signal for the track lowest on the diagram behind the Hastings depot to enter/exit main. Hastings yard job and Chemolite/Stillwater Patrols used this. Toggle switch is maintainer call light. Interesting perspective Mike, I seem to remember you taking this picture that night.
