Mark When i was down at Kentucky Street several years ago before they put up the new Cross over signals at what was years ago IC Crossing i used to see in the photo you are showing now there use to be four trains sitting waiting for yard clearence or the tracks from the west is clear there was 2 trains waiting to go west two trains going east.
