Well Jim (or should I call you Snake) this is an 0-6-0 used by the US Army in Europe and North Africa during the Second World War. They were built by Davenport, H. K. Porter and Vulcan (this would appear to be a Porter) and they were known by the army as a Class 62.

I believe this was one of the last industrial steam locomotives to operate in Pennsylvania.
