Tom Beckett	General	The second unit is an ex Southern SD 40-2. After CP acquired the D&H in 1991, they were looking for power all over the place, and picked up a set of these from NS. They sent them to Binghamton, removed all the controls and seats from the cabs and literally boarded them up-if you looked, you saw the plywood over the windows.
