| CSX 5423 is leading a container train southbound, with a line of NS coal cars for the Mirant Power Plant out of the NS Van Dorn Street Yard right in front. Before that is the northbound CSX tracks and before that is the WMATA tracks with the entrance to the WMATA yard/repair section where much of their MoW equipment is stored. |
