Approaching Binghamton
Title:  Approaching Binghamton
Description:  An intermodal train, Im guessing TV 78, about to roll into Johnson City on its approach to Binghamton. This area has seen a lot of change over the years. River Plaza to the left of the lead unit, has been mostly empty for years. The GE building above the train is now BAE Systems. To its right is now a Home Depot. The smokestack above the lead unit belongs to NYSEG's Goudy plant, a long time Conrail customer. It closed around 2005. Of course, Conrail itself is now a memory.

Around the curve
Title:  Around the curve
Description:  TV 301 rounds the big curve near Cochecton at MP 131 alongside NY 97. It was a great place to shoot a train, through it works better with two or three units. Four is really one too many.

Title:  Off the bridge
