A note on the back of the photoby the photographer states "London & Port Stanley had the only 2 G12's in Canada, #L-4, L-5 (1210 hp) three of four years ago, the city of London, Ont. Traded the L&PS to CN for industrial land within city limits and the G12's became #991, 992. They now work Vancourver Island as sole power for CN." The trade took place in 1966. David M.
