Album Info:This was my first trip to the Rochelle Railroad Park. Overall I am very impressed. The park itself is very clean and well taken care of. It was quite crowded as at least 15-20 railfans passed through the park during the time I was there. My only problem is the sight lines for the BNSF aren't too good and photography was difficult. The BNSF was very busy which surprised me since I've heard the UP is much busier usually. BNSF basically matched UP train for train and there were periods where trains were coming through one after another immediately after going through the crossing. It was a great time and I will definitely be back.
